I bought a car two weeks which had apparently had been serviced , a warning light came on as soon as I drove the car ,the tyres had 10 PSI ,coolant level was at minimum , so was windscreen washer fluid . I can?t see why Ito sign a form stating that I wasn?t buying the car on credit when I paid cash for the car . Did not like being pushed to fill in a review form either, as regards to the comment about me picking up a puncture, the tyre was not puntured and even if one of the tyres were punctured, that would not explain two under inflated rear tyres , one front tyre at 30 PSI and the other front tyre at 32 PSI ,whether you are a credit broker or not , that still does not warrant me having to sign a form as I was not buying the car on credit, I have bought cars from dealers in the past and have never been asked to sign this form. Also very dissapointed I did not get a manufactures handbook with the car either

Went to view a vw Passat in gleaming condition inside and out and clearly a cherished item with small paint chips touched-up. Viewing area was inside and great for any weather. Answered all questions about the car. Nothing wrong with the viewing experience and as this was my first Passat, decided to hold off on any impulse purchase. However, you will be asked for full payment in very short time. Only real reservation being that it was a diesel, we were low milage users, and we had no prior knowledge of owning such a car. Decided a Passat suited our needs for looks, load space, all round viewing and the quality of interior. The very next Passat I did purchase from another dealership and this one was two years younger was fully ULEZ compliant with a £20 road tax. Our visit to Hyams was a big help as we were able to take our time and fealt comfortable during our visit.

I bought my son's first car from Hyam's Auto's in Nov 2023 (little Black Ford Fiesta 1.4). Tired of second hand local car garages and very poor reviews, I found Paul's garage on Autotrader, 75 miles away. What I got from Paul was a no nonsense approach and a car that was fully serviced, 12 months MOT, valeted, full service history and I still today have peace of mind it was absolutely a great little car to buy with no issues at all. Would recommend.

Bought my first electric car from Hyams recently. Was very pleased with the service, well looked after by Paul and it was a very easy, no nonsense process. No admin fees and hidden charges like some dealers. Had a good test drive and drove it away the same day. They gave us a good price for trading in our old car. All in all a very positive experience and one I?d recommend.

Bought my car a month ago from Hyams, after test driving a couple of vehicles. Am a new driver and this was my first car, but they were really helpful and more than happy to answer my questions. Got a great selection of cars suitable for new drivers on a budget and a month on and I've had no problems with the car at all, and it runs perfectly. Based on the service I had, I'll definitely be heading back when it needs its MOT.

We moved out of Malmesbury a year ago, but we still come back whenever possible - for many reasons of course, but the service team at Hyams is one of them. Chris has always looked after us brilliantly, and nothing seems too much trouble. This week he was able to fit in an oil change for us at literally two hours' notice, and when it turned out the sump plug was leaking, he actually managed to send for a replacement from Swindon and get it fixed all within a few hours.Finding a garage you trust isn't always easy, but I've trusted these guys for a decade and they've always been fantastic.(And no, they did NOT ask me to write a review!)

I pulled in to the garage on an off chance they could check the noise coming from my driver's side brakes which had been fitted the previous day, I'm a carer and working in Malmesbury that day, they were just brilliant and looked at my car and got it sorted for me and didn't even charge me even though they spent quite abit of their time sorting out the problem so I knew it was safe to carry on driving, thank you so much I only wish more garage's were friendly and helpful and honest, if I lived closer I would definitely use the garage.

Thanks so much to the guys at Hyams for helping my wife today. Her wiper came off randomly in the middle of the worst rainstorm of the year (so far.) The guys were kind enough to deal with it straight away, temporarily fix it and order a new part for a couple of days time. This is old-fashioned, small-town service at its absolute best, and makes me proud to live in Malmesbury!

I recently bought a new car well actually a used van from Hyams autos and now have had the van for couple weeks felt the need to share my buying experience with you all here on google : I found the van advertised with Hyams on eBay the photos looked great so contacted Hyams directly by phone to arrange a viewing I found them enthusiastic and helpful and arranged a viewing for the next Sunday it was roughly a 100 mile trip to the garage but worth every mile ! When I arrived the van was outside shining like a new pin I said hi to the chap in the office he said it?s outside waiting for you to have a look at help your self which was great after he said I could test drive it no problem, it drove lovely and looked great just like the photos, the garage put a new mot on it for me and serviced it also replaced a faulty sensor at no cost to me and I picked it up the following Sunday since then have driven it daily and had absolutely no problems or issues with my new van I love it !!! I realise this review is long winded but to summarise it?s important for you all to know Hyams autos Malmsbury are genuine caring honest and all round great garage the took care of me and my purchase from beginning to end , I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle anytime, well done Hyams and Thankyou. Used to live in the local area and now live about 40 minutes away, but will always return to Hyams. The service is quality and efficient, the staff are honest and don?t try to unnecessarily upsell you, particularly when getting your car fixed. Reasonably priced. Fantastic service.

Put a deposit down of £500 for a van, and changed my mind after viewing it. They insisted on taking £100 off me for ?cleaning the van, viewing it, and wasting their time?. Only managed to retrieve £450 back after pleading for it back.To my knowledge, presenting the vehicle in its best light does not fall into the cost of the customer.Was quite possibly the worst customer experience ive ever had.

Quite simply the best service you can get for miles. I booked in an air con re gas yesterday, and it was completed within 24 hours, and at half the cost of my next nearest quote. Thank you to Chris and the team .
