Solid food and drink and not too expensive given you're a captive market. Good chips and decent portions for the kids meals. Plenty of seating and service is really quick even though it was very busy.
Also clean and tidy with good facilities and plenty of staff to keep tables turning over during busy periods. You can't fault Longleat for skimping on staff that's for sure.

Positives: Clean and spacious with friendly staff.Cons: quite simply the worst food I've had at any cafe/restaurant. Really poor quality, overpriced and myself and my wife left most of it. I ordered a side of seasonal veg and that turned out to be a small cup of peas! Considering the prices there really is no excuse for such poor quality.

IMO unclear that the cafe is not open to cyclists using the cycle path through the estate. Treated like criminals by the staff rather than politely explaining the situation. Very glad I was NOT one of the paying visitors who were sat in the queue of cars for hours trying to access the attractions. Visited the George Inn, Longbridge Deverill instead who were excellent.

Open cafeteria vibes. Like IKEA. Choices of hot and cold food. Enough choices for everyone. The hot food looked good although there were a lot of flies which was off putting. Me and my partner had a smoked brisket roll as it was covered in a pot so we thought it was a safe bet. It was tasty but lacked any real flavour, needed some salt and pepper or something. THE CHIPS WERE SO YUMMY!! Really tasty and would absolutely get them again. It?s a decent meal and a good place to fill hungry tummies.

A part from it being a bit price lovely to visit but having annual day pass is quite handyParking: If people parked a bit more sensible, not taking up another space which they tend to do, be a lot better
