Spend few days in the area during winter solstice. By walking around we found this gem! A lovely place with friendly staff. Had the best butternut squash soup! They even have a small zero waste shop.

Bird & Carter have been serving the South Wiltshire Community for years. We have a café-restaurant and B&B in Fonthill Bishop, serving breakfast, lunch, coffee & cake and Friday Late dinners twice a month.
We also have 5 stunning B&B rooms nestled on the famous Fonthill Estate that have been featured in Conde Nast Traveller, The Times, The Telegraph and The Sunday Times.
Our beautiful fairy-light lit terrace is the perfect place for a long lunch or that well deserved slice of cake after a walk through the Estate.
