***From tired and dog worn (cream) carpets to beautiful quick-step laminate flooring, beautifully fitted by Ben Rule and his team***Before I get into the review, I will preface it by saying that we had done our own research and we had a good idea about what flooring we wanted. We had shopped around and asked for several quotes. We found that Ben?s competition struggled to answer our questions clearly and this caused us to ask more questions, rather than finding the answers we needed to move us forwards. We were becoming a little frustrated! What was missing was technical and product knowledge, in my view. Who knew choosing flooring would be so difficult?From the first time we spoke with Ben, armed with our many questions, we were immediately reassured. He was able to provide answers quickly, clearly and he had no problem demonstrating many years of knowledge and experience in the business. As a result, it was very easy to choose our ideal flooring and him over the competition. This was exactly what we needed!Booking the job, again - very easy. The quote provided covered all eventualities and, again, made our decision making effortless. We booked. Arranged the date and eagerly awaited the day we could get rid of the tired old carpets.We are so happy with the work and the finish is beautiful throughout!There were a few problems for Ben while completing the work. Who wants to be that workman where the toilet leaks and causes a massive headache when you have a time limit to adhere to???? - No-one?s fault, it happens from time to time! However, Ben and his team sorted the problem swiftly and came back afterwards to ensure that the finish was to our satisfaction.We are delighted with our flooring and our decision to use Ben Rule?s carpet and flooring. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Over the moon with our new carpet in living room, stairs, landing and bedrooms! From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient. Catheryn at the showroom was welcoming and accommodating taking the time to help us select the right one for us. We then scheduled a visit for measurements with Ben. He is very reliable and listened to our every need. On the day of fitting Ben and his team were timely, professional and completed the fitting to a very high standard. They were able to complete the whole house in one day and made our lives easier by disposing of the old carpet and vinyl. Super impressed and can?t recommend highly enough. We will definitely stay in touch for the future. Thankyou Ben, Catheryn and Team.

Ben Rule and his entire team, namely Ben himself, Catheryn and co., in the office and his dedicated and talented team of fitters are simply exceptional, standing head and shoulders above other flooring businesses in the area.Ben gave me sound and knowledgable advice on product lines and design (we needed soft and hard flooring for a whole house renovation), and communication about the project was outstanding - even dropped off samples to site at incredibly short notice when we unexpectedly and urgently needed them.The actual job was carried out and completed on the exact days the job was booked for, despite unforeseen complications caused by my end of things, which were overcome by Ben and his team by hard work, skill and an empathetic understanding of the pressure I was under.The customer service, professionalism and quality of work Ben and his team achieve is incredible - I am especially thankful as I was overseas whilst the work was done.Trust Ben and the team to do an outstanding job for you. Ben has been brilliant from start to finish. From being in the showroom he was helpful with his advice and we used his experience to find a good blend of wood and carpet for our downstairs refit. His pricing was very competitive and the installation date was relatively soon after payment was made.The install team and Ben worked swiftly and the works were completed exactly as planned. We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with Ben and the team again on future projects.

Ben and the team were really lovely from start to finish. Ben managed to fit us in within a few weeks of first stepping in to the shop which was amazing, and just in time for Christmas! The flooring was laid quickly and to a high standard. We are really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend!

Good experience from start to finish. We now have a beautiful carpet, well fitted and the door has been trimmed to fit. Catheryn in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a good choice of carpets in their local showroom, and we never felt rushed into making a decision. Ben was very helpful fitting us in at short notice and we will be returning in the new year to purchase more flooring.
