My husband is highly symptomatic celiac, and the Gluten Free toastie was both safe and absolutely delicious. Our daughter is also dairy free and was able to find great options too. Customer service appalling! I had politely questioned the time (30 minutes at that time) that I had been waiting for my single coffee and was met with complete and instant animosity.
