We stopped at the Wyndham Arms after a visit to the Witchmark Distillery,
The food was incredible, plenty of it, and delicious, the staff extremely pleasant, and we were made welcome by the locals, if we didn't live so far away we would definitely be back,

The food in here is amazing, massive portions.
It is a local pub but everyone is welcome atmosphere.
Food prices are brilliant for what you get.
Has seating areas inside and outside. Also has a pool table and darts area.
Staff are lovely too.
Dogs are welcome too.

We arrived at 7:30pm after a long journey from Edinburgh, and they had just closed the kitchen. We had no option to eat and it was impossible for them to make an exception to offer us something for dinner, which we were going to pay for, it was not free.

I have had the pleasure of being invited for works Xmas dinners, and recently a former work colleagues wedding reception at the Wyndham, and your host Mary and her staff are brilliant. A very social vibe and comfortable surroundings.

This is the first time to this place glad we did the food was excellent.make sure you don't eat before you go because the portions are a good size from starters to deserts.the staff are very friendly and there is a good atmosphere. We will certainly be back even our friends want to go back.
