Very welcoming and comfortable country pub with staff who go the extra mile to welcome and serve you, great food choices, and a warm and cosy environment. Conveniently placed not far from the main Warminster - Bath road, and sufficiently out in the country to give you the feel of being off the beaten track, this is a pub worth visiting.

Absolutely fab place, rooms are really really lovely. Some great locally sourced items in the rooms. I travel a lot and I think this is my favourite room I have stayed in for the last few years. Loved it!Food & drinks: Great cider! Stick to the pub classics for food, food I would say is basic but adequate. Go for the room not the food and you wont be dissapointed! Breakfast buffet was fab though! Loads of locals in the pub of an evening which was great to see, nice atmosphere and super friendly staff and management.

The pub itself is lovely, decorated, and situated fabulously.Sadly, the service wasn't matched. We ordered a starter to share that was brought out with our main courses. The pulled pork was very fatty , the peas with the fish and chips were dry and over cooked. The burger was very nice ( the best out of our 4 dishes)The chicken was ok.We were rushed along to order deserts as the kitchen staff were waiting to go home, apparently. The sticky toffee pudding was singed on the edges, leaving a burnt flavour on our mouths, and as for the autumn mess, it contained 3 blackberries, and that was the only fruit. It was not a great experience, to be honest

Went in for lunch with friends. Food a bit underwhelming to be honest. It wasn't bad, just nothing out of the ordinary. Best part of the meal was the Chorizo croquettes, which were tasty. Burger main course was ok. Not cheap.

An absolute gem. Beautiful decor and fantastic attention to detail. I loved how they use local produce and suppliers and tell you about it. I was able to purchase a copy of the print above the bed from a local artist in Frome. Very cosy in January. Really friendly attentive staff.

Fantastic stay at the full moon. Lovely greeting when we arrived at the Inn. Stayed 1 night. Gorgeous room with a roll top bath. Within the hour I was in the bath. Nice bedroom. Delicious food for evening meal and breakfast was included in the room rate. I had a delicious bacon and cheese burger with very tasty chips Definitely stay here again. The b and b is about 10 mins from the centre of frome. Other towns nearby

We visited this Inn as part of a get away for my birthday. Located in a quiet village just outside of Frome, it's perfectly located for trips to local towns being central to Frome, Trowbridge and Bath. On arrival we found plenty of parking and a property that looked tidy from the exterior, on going inside we were warmly greeted and shown to our room. The room was spacious, clean and catered for anything you could need including cuddly hot water bottles. The wife loved the sight of the roll top bath so much that she couldn't resist before we went down for our evening meal. The evening menu was a bit on the smaller side, so any fussy eaters might struggle a bit, but to be honest the food we had both for tea and breakfast was cooked fantastically well and enjoyed by all.

Visited for a Birthday Lunch with Friends. The Pub has been done up to a high standard. The Food was very good. There was little intervention from the Lady at the Bar even though it was very quiet customer wise,we waited a while for someone to take our order, in the end we went to order at the Bar, same with Dessert.A little bit more expensive than a lot of places. Not a huge Menu but what was on it seemed nice.

Every aspect of our stay was top class. We were made to feel so very welcome by the accommodating staff who saw to our every need. Our room was beautiful and full of extra special touches from the hot water bottles to the locally sourced room amenities - even the pencil and notebook! Both our evening meal and breakfast in the morning were delicious and well cooked using quality ingredients. Overall one of the best overnight stays we?ve had in a while and would certainly recommend The Full Moon Inn to anyone.

Brilliant rooms, great food, and friendly staff. Couldn?t fault a thing. Will definitely be coming back.Rooms: Modern for the age of the pub, but still loads of character. Fridge stocked with milk, orange juice and water.Food & drinks: Dinner and breakfast in the pub was great, with breakfast for 2 people included in the price of the room.
