We found the staff at Winkworth to be very approachable, friendly and honest. They listened and responded positively regarding a further viewing of the house we decided to buy. They were efficient in our negotiations and made the whole transaction painless, including a thoughtful follow-up call to ensure we were happy to proceed on the suggested completion date. Nothing to fault. Property was well marketed and consequently received a good amount of interest from the start. I felt Winkworth Devizes understood the property and its potential, something reflected by the creative approach to the brochure. The experienced team was professional throughout, without losing that important friendly touch. Questions were answered promptly, and the eventual sale handled extremely well, especially considering the interest in the property from numerous potential buyers.

Very pleased with my experience of selling a property through Winkworth's. The property details were well presented in the brochure and online. I was kept well informed with progress and notified of viewings that were all carried out by the agents as I live too far away.. I really took to Lisa. She is very professional but friendly and approachable too. She dealt the letting of our rental property and I was very confident that it would let at the earliest opportunity which it was. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Prior to meeting Lisa for a viewing, I had met many agents and viewed many properties. Most of the agents were fine but I had yet to 'fall in love' with anything, until I went to visit the property I am now living in. From the moment I met Lisa, I felt she understood me and what I was looking for. From that point everything went really smoothly. Lisa is an excellent professional but also very personable. Doing business with her was a pleasure and she was genuinely pleased that I 'loved' the house. Nothing was too much trouble and she happily answered all my queries, honestly and helpfully.
