Rude staff, been in once to see if they had a small part in which case they laughed at me saying they only order what they need which is fair enough but not necessary to mock, called up another time to see if they could do a quick diagnostic report thinking it may have been a one off and the woman on the phone asked me what the symptoms were when I explained that?s why I need a diagnostic report she hung up on me
