Poor customer service
Tried telling me that there is paracetamol in ibuprofen and wouldn't sell them together tried arguing with me that I was wrong when I explained that they were two separate drugs the supervisor/manager also arguing with me staff need retraining in both the law around the general sales list medications and customers service

The staff in there today were amazing. They helped me around the store and gave me some gift ideas for my elderly mum. They packed my bags for me and because I had a walking stick insisted on taking the bags to the car for me. Imo they went up and beyond their job expectations. Excellent service. Well done ladies

Excellent covid 19 protocols. Staff were adhering to the polices. Was served by Lauren who is a perfect example of customer service assistant. She helped me with my bag and was kind and considerate please pass my compliments on to her. Manged to find everything I needed and got a few bargains too.

They should stop putting items that are not on offer in the middle of items that are.When you are in a hurry (or you feel there are too many people in the shop and you really just want to get out of there) you tend to spot the offer and pick up what you think are the items on offer, only to get to the till and find out they're not.Extremely frustrating!
