Wouldn't allow to change a topping on the nachos. This is the only subway I have been to that doesn't allow this. And I'm pretty sure I have been here before, and they allowed it. It's off putting that this person wouldn't change 1 topping as there was a queue. I didn't want to hold anyone up by arguing it. Quick to take toppings off if u want, but not so quick 2 replace them with something else. No issue with the lady who put the toppings on my sub she allowed me 2 swap toppings, unlike her colleague

I went there on Saturday, met a lovely lady thought i would go back again today but i when i got in staff didn't acknowledge and were busy chatting with each other. I almost left. I always enjoy a subway but wont be going back there.

They have removed pat of the vegan options, such as the plant steak and chicken, and we are now left with the veg delight of the veg patty, like ten years ago. They do still have vegan cheese though.
It was tasty, but shockingly expensive for a sandwich. The staff didn?t seem to know what vegan options they had when I asked them. It was okay, it didn?t inspire me to return.

i went there to pick up my collection and the man was making my wrap he put barely any tuna in it so i asked for me he said he can?t as it costs extra so i said i will pay extra and he refused he then walked around huffing and puffing saying ?i don?t get paid enough for this?

We called in for lunch Subway Devizes. I don't use subway very often in fact this was only my second visit. The woman that served me was very rude and impatient as I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't know what type of bread to choose. She was also rude to the next customer that commented to me how frosty she was.

Ordered my meal and a dispensed drink, the majority of the drinks were out of stock when dispensing your own drink, chose Pepsi max and once I tasted it I realised it had next to no syrup in just tasted like soda water? I went back in and mentioned it and asked for a bottle drink instead considering 90% of the drinks were out of stock and the few that were there (Pepsi max including) more than likely had no syrup either. I was told they aren?t allowed to give me a bottle of drink for an exchange so I wasted my money on a drink with no mention before payment that most of their drinks are out of stock? so I am forced to leave a bad review based on the fact they ?aren?t allowed?to exchange even though a bottle drink is cheaper than a dispensed drink!They either need to stock check more for syrups and other drinks that are out of stock or simply improve their customer service and at least mention the drinks machine has next to no drinks available in it before letting customers purchase one!

I was working nearby this Subway and, as options were limited for lunch, I popped in for a breakfast sub. I was really surprised it was not busier for the lunch rush but, although there were only 3 customers in front of me, service was quite slow with only two staff and a trainee. The lady who took my sandwich order seemed a bit stressed and unhappy, despite my best efforts to be cheerful and there was no-one after me. But the gentleman at the till was much chattier and as I left I noticed the place was empty. The food was really good and there was plenty availabilty from what I could tell (I was able to pick my favourite cookie). The coffee was just what I needed too.I had hoped to get lunch delivered to where I was working due to time restraints, but this Subway did not offer dispensed drinks for delivery (and I really NEEDED coffee!) and the delivery was the highest I've seen! Clearly a deterrent for delivery orders and I wonder if they had adequate staffing for the service anyway? Perhaps it's my ignorance to the area.Anyway, food was good and I was happy.

The manage refused to let me refill my drink when this is allowed up and down the country in all other UK subways I've visited.Parking: There's isn't any parking dedicated for subway.

We ordered delivery, but the food was cold, the nachos were all soggy underneath the cheese, the cheese bites and hash browns were also cold. The meatball sub, was cold and uncut. Not impressed at all. Will think twice before ordering from here again.
