My husband and myself used Specsavers for the first time. I'm very happy to report that we are very happy with our specs. However the true reason for this review is the fantasic service in your Devizes branch, everyone treated us with the greatest respect. I would however really like to particularly mention Vivienne for her patience, honesty and guidance through the whole process. Wonderful customer service thank you all.

Wonderful service,another sight test was recommended as my change of circumstances with my variafocals was evident.New test done, a better type of variafocals was recommended which I ordered,I received my glasses within 2 weeks and I am very pleased with them ....Thank you .

Very friendly, professional and efficient. Great at explaining the eye tests and the overall conclusions from the tests. Explained how my vision is now and how it had changed from previous test some time ago. Would thoroughly recommend Specsavers.

Not good ..!! went for eye test for glasses after 2 years all was well , I explained I wear rgp lenses which I?d done for years and was told I?d need another appointment for that after the contact lens check I was charged £30 ?? I?m on a pension and disabled so this was literally a smack down then told the replacement lenses were £150 ? What the hells going on I used to get a voucher?? This wasn?t mentioned.. so I can?t afford lenses .. what am I supposed to do ???????

Efficient, polite and helpful staff. Local employer. Good pricing. Enough choice for me,possibly not others who are more fussy!
Only slight irritation is I couldn't amend my appointment time online had to phone and no voicemail option out of hours.

Rather disappointing visit to specsavers this week. It was the first time that I?ve experienced a ?hard sell? from an optician during the examination itself. Varifocal lenses are an expensive option, I tried to make it clear that I wasn?t interested but he kept pushing them. It made me feel uncomfortable and made me wonder if his sales pitch was distracting him from concentrating on my eye health.

Took my elderly mother to the shop today , couldn't fault the service at all , staff very knowledgeable and all approachable, my mother said she felt important as everyone was so nice to her , a big thank you to you all

I'd give zero if I could; I I had eye test in Devizes, found staff condescending, service conveyor belt, impersonal; also booked audio test - was given the date of a Bank Holiday; when they realized their mistake, they cancelled it, but did not let us know. Next date would have been almost 2 months later; go elsewhere - go to one of the family run, small opticians - get personal service and they do get the dates right.
