“My wife had found a pair of sandals online but wasnt sure of her size, so missed out on the online sale and we went in to town. Assistant Lucy was very helpful and pleasant and as my wife's choice wasnt in store, we soon ordered a pair to be delivered to the shop. Just one thing, Lucy quoted us £4.95 for a home delivery on shoes under £100 but online, it states that shoes of £75 and over are delivered for free, so we should have been able to have these delivered to home at no extra cost. Overall, very happy.”
