I would say it was not a good supermarket but not a bad one either the staff work very hard as all was thay should be treated better though.

Newbury Park branch has improved no end. Much better hope other branches follow to.
Not enough manned tills, just 1, mostly self-serve biggest fault with Sainsbury's.

The Sainsbury's is really dim inside, I dont know why I feel like this but just add more lighting and maybe a new paint job.

Terrible management in this store , shelfs are empty but staff are stood around doing nothing , if a shelf is empty and you ask the larger staff members if a product in the store room , they just say no , they don't go and look because it's to far to walk . The fridge that is supposed to be full of chilled beer is always empty the wine they stock in this fridge is the most expensive wine they sell so nobody ever buys it . New manager please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
