Absolutely shocking. People queuing for over half an hour and the staff paying no attention, no sense of urgency, nor do they appear to care. Morrisons should be doing better than this. This is the first time I have used the pharmacy and it will be the last as the people in the queue have told me that this is the norm.

Doesn?t matter what time of day you go, you wait 30+ minutes to be called up. Today I was completely ignored for 25 minutes before I decided to leave. 80% of the staff there are so rude!

Email systems always failing.Computer link to inform you than script ready non functioning for months leaving patient to make repetitive visits.?I will report to regional manager? after I offered to email someone in their behalf to help sort it out.Seems to be an overwhelmed service and issuing scripts upon attendance telling you to return in 30 minutes.Recurrent visits for same items as not there already and exceptionally difficult to talk to anyone in the phone as often rings out as staff only there for ?certain days and hours ? to answer phone.nov 23

Appalling ?service? from Morrison?s pharmacy. Waited 45 minutes in the queue, only to be told my prescription wasn?t ready - which had been sent by my Dr 3 days previously. Being ?short staffed? when people?s health & wellbeing are compromised is NOT a valid excuse. The manager needs to sort this matter out as a matter of urgency.

At this present time, this pharmacy is in chaos. No staff, no manager and skeleton staffed pharmacists. Patients are being spun lies such as ,' We didn't receive the prescription until yesterday'. If you look on the app, you can see exactly when the script was signed off and it's usually days beforehand. They are now six days behind. Staff have left in droves due to unacceptable working conditions. Instead of arrogantly saying ' We will just replace them ' how about actually listening to staff and finding out WHY they are leaving. They have such a bad name now that no one wants to work there anyway and patients, like myself, are going elsewhere. They need to admit there are issues, close it down temporarily and sort themselves out properly.

Do not use if you want your meds. Nothing is ever in stock and always a problem with every prescription. Whatever is ailing you will get you before they get your prescription right!!!!

I have only known them to answer their phone ONCE in the many years I have been collecting my prescriptions here!Despite being a long time customer, queues are confusing and change at a whim. When I go to collect I always count on being there for at least half an hour, to an hour or more, as they always tell you "it will be a 15-20 minute wait" until meds are ready, usually end up wandering the store for half an hour, then often come back and wait 10+ minutes before they finally bring out my prescriptions, and EVEN THEN they are frequently out of stock or low stock and tell me I'll have to come back in a few days once they've received more. I get the same thing every 28 days, you'd think there'd be some way for them to anticipate this and have at least one month's supply in tock for regulars!Customer service itself varies wildly, sometimes they are friendly and helpful and apologetic, often they are simply too busy/harassed to do more than give perfunctory information and no apologies. Don't seem to care when you have an urgent prescription request.Finally fed up enough to leave a review on Google. Also planning on leaving on on the NHS pharmacy site.

I wish half a star was possible. An obvious display of reluctance to work by staff. A bad implementation of ordering prescriptions on behalf of customers. I placed an order for a prescription over a week ago. On arrival I was told it hasn't arrived and "probably won't get here until....we aren't sure. Come back and check later." Come back and check when and how often? Why didn't you call me!? What a waste of time. Morrisons! Look alive! This pharmacy is only alive due to necessity.

If I could give 0 stars, then I would. No clear markings as to where you should queue and you get shouted at for being in the wrong place. Then I was spoken to like a piece of dirt. Rude staff will always mean I will not go back, no matter what type of business. I have changed pharmacy's and would not recommend.

Absolute shambles at the pharmacy I received a message to say the prescription is ready but after queuing for god knows how long I?m told it?s not ready and to come back. Than you have to wait in another queue. Awful service and no apologies for the mess.

Might be an idea to remind the lady with ginger hair who was working behind the counter that being very rude to customers who are trying to be polite to her isn?t the best way of interacting.After waiting 4 days for a box of tablets to be taken off the shelf and placed in a bag and then handed to me I still had the decency to be polite.She should do the same

Has to be the worst stocked and slowest pharmacy in the developed world. You can queue for 20mins just to find out they don?t have basic stuff.
