Normally I would acknowledge how well a company is doing but on this occasion it?s a well deserved bad review. Morrisons need to explore the Appalling wait times for your prescription to be dispensed.
Horrendous queues, over 25 minutes.
Unhelpful staff when your emergency prescription was sent to another pharmacist rather than the one you requested, No advice offered.
Staff can barely manage a hello let alone smile.

The queue is always ridiculous, sometimes over a 30 minute wait. They shut at lunch time when people are usually wanting to collect prescriptions (on their lunch break), so why not stagger staffs break times like most other pharmacies do so it stays open. The staff are usually short and rude, although can?t really blame them as they probably get gripes about the service from everyone they see as it?s so bad now. Morrisons need to investigate this store, I mean just look at the reviews! Sort it out Morrisons, employ more staff to service the amount of custom you get! If I could have scored 0 stars I would have. I bet like every other review, Morrisons will not reply with any feedback on how they are going to remedy such a poor performing pharmacy!

Decent pharmacy, usually 2 pharmacists working. Long queues but it's a busy pharmacy, they usually see you pretty quickly.

These guys have really upped their game. They're doing a difficult job under tough circumstances.... And are picking up the slack from the doctors who cannot count and work out the dosage of antibiotics and then these same doctors wonder why the patient is still sick ?. Thank you so much pharmacy team, you are amazing ?

Absolutely shocking service. Staff just walking back and forth with no care in the world. People waiting over 20mins in the queue and some are elderly, then been made to wait another 40mins to be ignored again! Goes off to collect a prescription never to be seen again!! Absolutely shocking and someone needs to sort it out! Stood in the queue now for 25mins and they have served one person! Come on morrisons sort it out and get some staff that actually want to deal with people!!

A disgrace of an institution. The overall disorganisation and incompetence at this pharmacy is breathtaking.

Had great service from the on duty pharmacist. Did witness some really entitled and curt behaviour from a few customers, who wouldnt dare act that way in a doctors surgery. Its the NHS people! They get short staffed and rubbish IT. Be patient, people behind the counter are doing their very best. I would say, perhaps start the computers and printers up at 0745 so you're good to go at 0800 and not on the back foot. Well done Morrisons Pharmacy Team and thank you for helping me today.

Suppose to open at 0800, staff arrived at 0802, shutter went up 0810 and didn't get served until 0815, I was second in the queue. This has to be the world's slowest pharmacy.

I have used Morrisons Devizes for prescriptions since they arrived in the town. My complaint today is, unfortunately, about a particular staff member, Sophie. My wife was in the (long) queue to collect our prescriptions, slowly shuffling forward as we always do. When we got to the head of the queue, standing in the usual place everyone waits, the assistant Sophie started yelling at my wife and waving her arms to get back. Apparently, there is a new notice, computer printed on an A4 sheet of paper, sellotaped to the wall adjacent to the counter, that we must queue behind the sign. This small unobtrusive sign was not there last week. My wife was standing about 2 ft beyond this sign, which was not clearly positioned, being on a side wall amongst other notices. It is extremely embarrassing for an 80 year old to be shouted at by staff, with no please or thank you, particularly as my wife had no idea at first what the problem was. An elderly gentleman behind us was appalled at the way Sophie reacted. We have absolutely no problem in queuing in the correct place, but why was there not a large notice, prominently displayed in front of the customers, at the head of the queuing position, requesting us to wait until called forward. To be shouted at and had arms waived at when standing in the usual position is distressing and my wife was upset at the attitude, which was entirely unacceptable. Perhaps a course in customer relations would help this member of staff to treat people with dignity and understanding.
