Normally I would acknowledge how well a company is doing but on this occasion it’s a well deserved bad review. Morrisons need to explore the Appalling wait times for your prescription to be dispensed. Horrendous queues, over 25 minutes. The queue is always ridiculous, sometimes over a 30 minute wait. They shut at lunch time when people are usually wanting to collect prescriptions (on their lunch break), so why not stagger staffs break times like most other pharmacies do so it stays open.
