I turned up for a wheel balance on Saturday afternoon. I did book in advance! I dealt with Harley. He couldn't have been more helpful. A very efficient and professional service juggling me with other customers coming in with no bookings. My car was fixed and I was on my way. Well Done KwikFit.

Had Two rear tyres fitted and they stripped the wheel nut thread then had the audacity to say it was already like it. Add insult to injury quoted me £485.00 for new parts. Then they wouldn?t release my car as it had only 3 wheel nuts, I then had to arrange for a tow truck to get my vehicle home. Not happy.

Will try to scam you. Check the online price for the service or product. Tried to charge me 50 quid more for the same tyres until I showed them how much they charged for the same product online. Utterly unacceptable and disappointing.
