I found Jones Robinson to be efficient, professional and personable. Information was communicated quickly and queries were followed up promptly. Moving house is stressful enough so it is important to have an estate agent who can deal with difficulties as they arise and get the desired outcome.

We didn?t rent a property from Jones Robinson however when a very important wedding delivery was delivered to one of their properties which it turned out, our friend no longer resided in, they went above and beyond to help us when they really didn?t need to! I am so grateful for their help in getting our groomsman his suit in time for the wedding, I honestly don?t know what I would have done without Clare and Charlie! The communication was excellent and Clare has restored my faith in humanity! Thank you again, the wedding will go ahead after all! ???

Mikyle, the Manager of the Devizes branch of Jones Robinson, visited me last week to do a valuation of our house. He was very pleasant and professional and spent a lot of time measuring and asking questions, and also explained in detail exactly how he arrived at his valuation figure. Although we aren't ready to move just yet, I'd certainly be happy to use Jobes Robinson when the time comes.
