Destroyed my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding.
Ripped off buttons, snagged parts of the fabric, left finger print shaped stains all over and black marks over the skirt. Granted, I did get a refund but it will cost me more to get it fixed and cleaned elsewhere which I may not be able to do due to my wedding being so close. They had 3 weeks to contact me of any issues and not only was I not contacted, there was no record of my booking on system only a tag number that was eventually found. The missing buttons have also not been returned. Absolutely devastated that something of so much importance and value was treated so poorly.

Ive always found Lori in the devizes Johnsons to be professional. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and is good at what she does and would highly recommend her to friends and family. She's an amazing asset to Johnson/Timpson business.

The belt from my dress was a little tight and had been altered by a company in Devizes. They made a dreadful job of it but Lori re-did it for me and now the belt looks amazing and I can wear it with the dress. Thank you Lori for a great job! I am delighted ??

Lori was fantastic, needed a suit dry cleaned for a wedding, they offered to do it sooner than I needed to collect it, very reasonable price, saved me loads going out to buy another suit.
You get a text message when it ready for collection.
Located just off the high street, parking is limited but I?ve seen people stop right outside and run in.

Gormless, uninterested staff. Arranged for an item to be cleaned by a certain date. When I went to collect they admitted it never could have been finished by the agreed date. When I did eventually get my item back I was however happy with the job they had done.
Won't be using them again.

I returned a parcel on a Saturday and was faced with an incredibly rude and condescending woman; both unhelpful and made snide comments. She was also very rude to the older couple in front of me. Perhaps not a place to go if staff are not in a good mood!

Why advertise as an Evri / Hermes parcel shop when you always have a sign on the door saying you can?t accept any more parcels ? When I asked the old lady if she could accept my parcel she was rude and dismissive (on 4 separate occasions)Sounds like a few of the staff need to undergo training to realise without customers they have no job !
