Let me start by saying the staff were lovely and friendly. That's the good bit. I'm not one for complaining and I really don't like to do it but, I had a gel manicure yesterday which I used a gift voucher for. It wasn't until I got outside that I could see how thick and lumpy my nails were. They looked awful, I had to take it off as soon as I got home. So unfortunately I won't be returning or recommending.Edit....Abi contacted me to apologise (possibly due to a new gel polish). She has offered to redo them free of charge at a time convenient to me. Which is much appreciated.

I booked a lash lift and tint, as a new mum it was going to be a nice treat to me after a few months of struggling, unfortunately my son was sick so I rang 24 hrs ahead having to keep him home for 48hrs (obviously I didn?t know my son was going to be unwell) I wanted to reschedule my appointment and they wouldn?t move my deposit and wanted me to pay another deposit, which is unaffordable for me, having a sick son is an unforeseen circumstance and the fact that they won?t even reschedule it with 24 hours notice I think is poor customer service, you would of thought with notice given and a deposit paid there would be some leeway as stated on the website. Won?t be using the salon again or recommending it.

I had my hair cut here they didn't even wet I down to cut it but still a good job some parts uneven and some cut shorter than the other lot of my hair but other than that ok polite service ??

The gift voucher I was given only lasted two months as the receptionist didn't know what it should be. They should last three months but that is still an incredibly short time and not like other places. On weekends when most people would then visit, they are only open Saturday mornings. You cannot view appointment availability online. I booked to use the gift voucher weeks in advance of my appointment and then they cancelled the appointment the day before and did not offer any compensation or even seem bothered. This was so they didn't need to open on a sunny Saturday when staff must have wanted the day off and "to save power"?! I This completely messed up my plans but they still cancelled it and were not sympathetic to the fact. Then later on I rescheduled and booked a 90 minute massage. I said it was for 90 minutes on arrival and this was agreed (also originally booked as such) but then got a 25 minute massage! The massage itself was very good but I was very disappointed to not get the 90 minutes and to have traveled so far for just 25. The customer service has been appalling throughout, staff need training on that side.Service: Back massages

Absolutely love this place. Warm welcome every time. Fabulous service. I've had gel nails, waxing and spray tanning here. It's the kind of place that you enter withyour troubles and you leave with them halved and a smile on your face ??? keep it up ladies
