The team at Ferris and Culverwell are professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. We have dealt predominantly with Mark and Nicola, who have been amazing throughout. We sought support with our first mortgage, pensions, and with remortgaging. Ferris and Culverwell consistently go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. We have greatly appreciated their flexibility with regards to appointments; they are always happy to work around us when they can.

We had our first ever appointment today regarding mortgages and have to say we learnt an awful lot, the staff at reception were great, we had our consultation with Rob and he was great, very thorough and with his support we were pleasantly surprised with what our options could be, we will definitely be back in contact in the near future! Highly recommend! ?????

We've used Ferris & Culverwell a couple of times now and were highly impressed! Rob Loveridge exceeded all our expectations today by managing to secure a mortgage in principle for us in one meeting! ? We couldn't be happier with the outstanding service and customer care.
