Finally after all this time the area manager called me and stated he could no longer refund me however has given me a store credit to the value of my original order.

After further emails and chasing of my refund I have had no response and still no refund! Shocking service!
Update to review 20/01/2025.
After an email from your customer care team back early december I was advised the area manager was looking in to this and would be in touch. A further 6 weeks and absolutely nothing from you. Shocking!
Terrible. Ordered 2 pizzas, 14 chicken wings, garlic bread, cookies and bottle of coke with large garlic and herb dip.
Tracked the driver who stopped where we were and then drove off in a completely different direction an hour after ordering (we are 5 minutes from your location) delivery arrived only two pizzas everything else missing. Driver said he would be back with the missing items. 45 minutes passed and driver did not return so I called (very hungry children at this point) I was told the complete order would be done replaced ready and delivered to me with in 20 minutes.... It did not I called again to say I was not happy this caused a severe meltdown with my children (special needs) I told the manager on the phone where is our food he didn't know I said I will be there in 2 minutes and I expect a refund our food was not even ready 2 and a half hours for poor service. I was advised I would receive a full refund this was on the 22nd November 10 days on still no refund received and a measily text to say "we hope you can forgive us" when will I receive my refund????

Shocking service from the store in Devizes. My wife is breastfeeding and has had to cut out dairy so required vegan cheese. We have always been told to order online as standard and then rung up to inform the kitchen that it is vegan cheese required. The manager in the Devizes store refused to do this and argued down the phone with no willingness to accommodate the allergy - meaning they ended up cancelling the entire order saying ?they won?t make changes due to company policy?. Shocking service and something I?d suggest is addressed before the ?new manager? runs the place into the ground.

So cross am posting for first time. Ordered at 18.40 for delivery. Tracked on the app - said was delivered at 19.30 but had not. Phoned branch who said wait 10 mins. 15 mins later phoned again. Advised driver couldn?t find us and had tried to phone (no missed calls). Driver was back at branch. Promised fresh pizza and side would be cooked and would be delivered by 20.30 with something extra as apology. 20.30 order arrived - same order with sticker stating 18.40 order on it - stone cold and congealed. Horrible as almost 2 hours old. Bottle of coke as apology. Phoned back to complain - lied and said was fresh pizza! Definitely was not. Almost 2 hour wait and cold pizza. Not happy. Awaiting refund but not convinced that he actually put refund through.

I?d rate the food but we never got it! We ordered a delivery online and waited for it to come. Checked the app and it said it was out for delivery and would be 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes it said our order was delivered? it was not. We gave them an extra 10 mins incase they were lost or accidentally clicked delivered. After the 10 minutes we call up the shop and explain and the guy on the phone was quite rude and said the delivery driver was on their way. No problem. We wait a further 30-45 minutes with our order nowhere in sight and decide to give the shop another call just incase they could find our house or something else. It was the same guy as before and he continued to be just as rude as the first time we called, if not more. He ended the phone call by angrily saying that he?s cancelling our order. Very rude staff, never had an experience like this before, quite shocked.

In the last couple months the orders have been so bad, clearly less toppings / quantities and the order times have been much later, not to mention a particular order where we got someone else a pizza and was told not to worry about it, clearly a new staff issue based on who's in store.

My dad ordered from here as a treat when I visited, and it was probably the worst pizza I've ever had!
Delivery and time was fine, but the pizza itself was extremely disappointing.
It was barely lukewarm when it arrived, it was
VERY stingy on the cheese, too much sauce, the pizza fell apart as you picked it up, but the worst part is that we paid extra for stuffed crust and didn't get it; it was just a very doughy, plain crust.
Not impressed at all and will certainly never use this place again.

It?s fine, although it?s annoying when you select a time for delivery and it turns up 20 minutes early.

Fast cooking and delivery. However our Burger pizza didn't come with the sauce on the top despite having a sticker on tge box stating "cut first -burger sauce". Quality control needs to check! Generally good friendly service.

You can't use the x% off deal on chicken anymore which is bullshit. I'm pretty pissed and I doubt I will order from again if I can't get my chicken tendies discounted.

Bought a pizza on lunch time deal with bbq base and there was so much bbq on it enough for all of Devizes I didn?t eat in the end was looking forward to eating this after I finished work

Ordered through JustEat and got a full confirmation of the order. I called once after an hour and the guy said it was on the way. I called again half an hour later and then suddenly he claimed there was no order. Waited that long for nothing and the customer service was AWFUL, the worst I?ve ever experienced.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with The Devizes Dominos last night. Ordered a pizza and a couple of sides which arrived around 8:30 (food lukewarm at best) minus one of the sides. We called them to inform them one of the sides was missing. They told us they would sort it and it would be out with us soon. By 9:30 we called again and were told the same thing. By 10:30 it hadn?t arrived and we concluded it wasn?t going to come, so went to bed. We were awoken at 11:30 by the doorbell with the driver with the side. Not sure we fancied the chicken strippers 3 hours after the rest of the food was delivered and we?d been a sleep! Terrible service, doubt we will go back.
