The food is good and tasty, so are the drinks, but the closing hours are always wrong as many times I have been there around 4-4:30 pm, it has been shut.

This is the best coffee joint in Devizes. The staff are fantastic, remembering I have oat milk from only my second visit. It's nice and light, with great window seats, and they do the best cakes. The atmosphere is bubbly and cheerful, with all types of people coming here, and despite the company officially not allowing dogs to 'eat in' the staff seem to turn a blind eye to dogs hanging out here. The barristas really know what they're doing and the drinks are delicious.

I just want to give everyone who was working in Costa Devizes this morning (Friday 1st November) a huge thank you, I was in with my son (2year old) for a coffee whilst waiting for the bus and had had a bad morning with him throwing tantrums and meltdowns in the town centre. I got chatting to Sara behind the counter and just burst out crying, after holding it in for so long, then each and every one of the members of staff were very attentive to me, gave me a complimentary brownie and water for my son to calm me down and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.
Your kindness went a long way when I was feeling a bit hopeless as a mum this morning. Thank you so much ?? each and every member of the team that was in is an absolute credit to that store ??

They only have 1 toilet so the que for the loo took a while.

There is, of course, nothing wrong with this place. The service is fine, the food and drink good. However, I was saddened to find, on 26th August, that The Brittox Costa had closed the previous day. It was a cafe which held many memories for me. I used to stop there on my way to work every morning for a takeaway coffee. I also met a former colleague and mentee (who sadly died long before her time) there, and I found it a more intimate and atypical Costa outlet. I had visited it about a week before closure, being unaware that its demise was imminent. All things must pass, and I have no doubt that its business model was not as healthy as some town centre Costas, but it had a loyal following, not all of whom will be happy just to trek to the Market Square and frequent its more brand susceptible, but perfectly adequate, stablemate. RIP.

Haven't tried the food here, but it looks delicious, coffee is really good, made fresh by lovely welcoming staff here, comfortable seating, from chairs to armchairs, nice place to meet friends & chill out, couple of outside tables & chairs. Would definitely recommend.

The staff make up for how run down the cafe is. They remember your order, seem to get along really well and always greet you with a smile.
It seems to be short staffed though, as there is always quite a wait. The cafe interior needs a major revamp.

No working toilets, rude staff and got our order wrong (twice) not sure what?s happened with this costa as it used to be good, just seems to have gone downhill.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Costa CoffeeAs I waited in line, the employees seemed engrossed in gossip and casual conversation with a lone customer, neglecting the queue.After what felt like an interminable wait, I made the decision to leave.Overall, my experience at this Costa Coffee was marred by slow service and what was really apparent that the staff were preoccupied with anything but serving customers efficiently.
