We can not fault Dan at all. From start to finish he was professional, friendly and honest. He did an amazing job of presenting our house and got the best possible price for it within a week of it being put on the market.Dan has an incredibly sensible pricing structure, which offers flexibility and fantastic value for money.I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to sell their house.

Dan came recommended to us and after having seen a few other estate agents he was absolutely the right choice for us. Dan has so much local knowledge and is very experienced even in the tough market we were selling in.We opted to pay a fixed fee up front which saved us a huge amount compared to commission based fees with other agents locally.Dan was so supportive and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. We will definitely be using Dan again in the future.

So glad we asked Dan to sell my Mother in laws bungalow in Devizes, despite living 60 miles away Dan looked out for us and kept us updated. Even when we were abroad on holiday we still had updates. We would have no qualms using Dan again as he looks after you really well.

We were really pleased to have discovered Caulfield Residential Estate Agents. Dan Caulfield is not only a very experienced Estate Agent who understands the market in the Devizes area, but is also a very personable guy.We opted for the 'up-front' payment option as we knew we were going to move. Seeing a lot of sale success in my local area, I touched base with Caulfields for a valuation. Soon after we met and started chatting, I realised Dan had helped sell a lot of my family's houses in the Marlborough area over many years, so it was a no-brainer to appoint him as my agent. And it really was like working with a friend of the family.This was my first house sale, so I didnt really know the process and was therefore a bit anxious but Dan made it a really stress-free and fun experience. You can tell he is really passionate about his job, from our valuation, photoshoot to collecting our keys, the visits never felt rushed or cut short. We always had a lovely chats which I would be surprised you'd get from another agencies.If you want a personal approach to selling houses, someone who really cares as much as you do and treats your home as a haven as much as you, Dan is your man. Plus, he was also so lovely to our cat and rabbits despite being allergic - now that's dedication!I will 100% appoint Caulfields in the future when we eventually sell our house, and will sing his praises to anyone I know who is about to sell.
