Cafe Nero is one of the best places i?ve been. The customer service was the best i?ve ever experienced and all the cups were spotless, Kyle Edwards works hard every shift and is deserving of a raise. Honestly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Extraordinary day for the staff in Devizes. Staff sickness left one member dealing with a queue to the door. He did it with speed, attention to detail and a smile on his face. Thankfully another person arrived early afternoon and gave him some respite. Brilliant service I'd say. ? Well done Ben!

Very rude server, me and my girlfriend walked in and we're sat down talking for just 10 minutes before he called us across the Caffe to ask if we were going to buy anything instead of sitting down.

Claims to be dog friendly but your not allowed your dog on your lap which needs to be stated on the door to avoid confusion, apparently the dogs aren't allowed near the tables due to food so I don't think they anti bac the tables after each customer...great place for coffee if your not taking a dog inside
