The whole experience started off with a very smooth professionally polished booking followed up with a quick email confirmation detailing all the information about the location, time and contact telephone. On arrival the reception was excellent, and I was quickly informed about the whole processes, which commenced with any delays and before long I was professionally taken through the pre - optician checks and tests by a friendly lady who explained every step of the procedures she conducted. And thereafter, optician Rob invited me to the consultation room, what a wonderful gentleman, very engaging, professional, friendly, respectful and very thorough person who meticulously conducted the testing and evaluation of the test results and made some very helpful recommendations to help prevent further sun damage through avoidable exposure. Rob handed me over to a friendly lady who deals with the finalities of the spectacle?s measurements and selection process who was very helpful. The whole experience was so smoothly done by the staff who in my opinion provided a great service second to none! I would recommend this service to anyone without any hesitation whatsoever!

I called in on the spur of the moment. However, Gemma was welcoming, cheerful, very professional and eager to find me a prompt solution. She briefly discussed my needs with the on-site optician and they both agreed to carry out a short eye test. Gemma also carried out an emergency repair to a pair of my spectacles. By the time I had purchased a local coffee, Aisha was ready to see me. Again, she was friendly, professional and detailed in her search for the right solution. I have purchased 4 pairs of spectacles from this store in recent months. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this branch and its friendly professional team. Thank you.

The staff are friendly and efficient. As always, Rob gave me a thorough eye test explaining everything I needed, or wanted, to know. There is a great selection of frames; the 10% discount is very welcome as, due to my poor eyesight, my specs are rather expensive, I also enjoy the points on my Boots loyalty card. Overall a great service
