“Big thanks to Jim and the team for their help and honesty. I had an issue with a new mower and had a dealer look at it. Due to their incorrect diagnosis of the fault I ended up spending money on it that was not needed as the fault persisted.I then took the mower to 'Shire Garden Machines Ltd' and ended up with the correct diagnosis and as a result I am returning the NG mower (to the original supplier) and buying a new one from 'Shire Garden Machines Ltd'.Excellent customer service................Many Thanks.”
