It's a B&Q, not much more to say than that, prices aren't too bad.
They don't do Dremel tooling unfortunately.
They removed the customer service desk from the front so you have to go to a regular till if you want a refund, exchange or something like that.

Just visited the Devizes store for the first time 23/3/25 and had outstanding customer service from Tom. He was so patient kind and helpful. I do hope you have a rewards system because this young man deserves recognition.

It's a small B&Q, the layout isn't great, it feels a bit mix match and all over the place, but never had a bad experience with the staff, all very helpful and very supportive

Just visited this store where we came across Becs who was an absolute credit to your store and a fantastic ambassador for b&q providing first class, exceptional customer service.
