Excellent experience with Tammy a few months ago with my daughter. She was brilliant with her, making her feel super special & really took the time to make her feel comfortable and not scared. Aftercare was fantastic too. She gave us her number to contact her if there are any problems and she advised us accordingly. Daughter's ears are now fully healed and she loves them. Can't recommend Tammy enough for piercings.

Excellent appointment with Tammy today for my daughter?s first ear piercings. Tammy made my daughter feel relaxed and explained the whole process which reduced her anxiety about it and ensured the procedure went without a hitch. My daughter has said she will never go anywhere else for piercings in future! Thanks Tammy, highly recommended for nervous clients or children.

This place is fabulous. My granddaughter of 9 years old, had her ears peirced there. The woman piercing them was so attentive and relaxed. She explained everything that was going to happen and even gave my granddaughter the opportunity to change her mind, twice!! Highly recommended.

Tammy is the best. The aftercare is second to none, I am always catching my ear piercings so has meant I have had to have up-sizing/down-sizing of jewellery and nothing is too much trouble, even months after getting the piercings done.

The salon is always lovely to visit, everyone is welcomed with a warm smile and a laugh. I've been getting my gel nails done by Claire for just over 2 years and she is fantastic! Always happy to do whatever colour or design I feel like, and even helps find more options for me to choose from. On the odd occasion when something has come up unexpectedly and I have needed to try and shuffle my appointment she is always happy to help, even putting herself out to stay late or come in early to fit me in. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to anyone looking for any kind of treatment, there are lots of options/treatments and the staff would be nothing but helpful in making sure you're getting exactly what you want. 100% would recommend!

Unfortunately I cant recommend this salon. My pedicure appt was 20 mins late and the treatment was carried out on the landing with no privacy whatsoever. The therapist commented on a birthmark on my leg which I found rude and unprofessional. A man was wandering around the salon who sounded drunk.

Fantastic service by lovely people. Brilliant value too. Always really enjoy my appointments, nothing is too much trouble for Tammy. She's also the only person I trusted to piece my children's ears after problems elsewhere.

Awful experience! on the appointment it said it would take 30 mins it took 8 mins, Claire made both big toes bleed and asked if I was diabetic (no I am not clearly you should have been more careful) as bleeding wouldn't stop but still carried on and painted over the blood, clearly she wanted to go home as it was a 6.30pm appointment.I did have an appointment for Saturday but I have cancelled as didn't want the same wham bam experience!Won't be going back!!!
