Brilliant from start to finish very friendly and professional company. Great prices certainly cheaper and competitive then other stores worked with me on when I wanted my carpet fitting and even fitted my underlay I bought myself without grumble ..the fitter was a polite chap who done an amazing job ? and arrived on time will be back again sometime to get the rest of upstairs done. Booked a carpet to be fitted today for a disabled person. Bed dismantled and all furniture taken out. Nobody showed up; nobody answering the telephones and no reply from voicemails. This has caused an immense amount of disruption to a vulnerable person. Just an appalling service.
