Fabulous. Great hotel, great park, very clean spa. The evening meal was very good but not cheap (the main course costs 47 pounds while the half board purchased entitles you to 45). Deer seen in the parking lot.

Very good facilities at the spa, good service from the staff. Two comments though, Spa Desk staff need to be aware of people that need serving at the bar/cafe area. Whilst in the Quiet/relax area we were constantly disturbed by staff greeting people that were having treatments and staff coming out of treatments rooms going to the spa reception area. Not there fault it's a bad layout!

me and my sister (wheelchair user) went. And I could not hype the staff up enough, they were so accommodating for my sister and really had the patience and best customer service available. they were so helpful in letting her have the same experiences as anyone else could. The experience itself was so lovely and we didn?t face one bad member of staff, all were so helpful and welcoming. I could definitely and would recommend this place to anyone. it felt really relaxing seeing the staff being so good with my sister and it really did help relieve the stress as not every place is like this with wheelchair users so it was really lovely to see and to see how happy she was after it.

I visited with my brothers and my friends as part of a wedding package and we all had nothing but praise for the spa. Everything was immaculate. Just loved the whole thing. The relaxation room was splendid. Will definitely be returning.

I was lucky enough to have a full body massage booked in yesterday for my birthday. I?ve had a lot of massages over the years and am trained in massage myself, but the massage I received yesterday was honestly, hands down the most amazing, relaxing experience I?ve ever had. It was 60 minutes of pure bliss. I have never experienced anything like it! I truly didn?t want it to end and felt myself float away when the treatment was over. Thank you so much, I will be back at some point!

Amazing afternoon. Although I was disappointed that for the money we had spent to only have 3 hours in the Spa plus a treatment. I had the leg and foot treatment. It was sublime and so relaxing. The cream tea was delicious and we had a bottle of fizz to top it all off. Thank you.

Played golf Friday 20th May for the first time in a few years, course in superb condition, great fun, superb welcome and a happy half way hut! Every hole felt like you were the only ones playing the course. Looking forward to coming back.

Had a full body massage by Helen whose knowledge and expertise is second to none. This was the second time I've had the treatment by her and her advice after my first visit has transformed how I look after my body. I highly recommend Helen and the team at The Spa @ Bowood. The experience is worth every penny!
