We sold our house with the excellent Rosemary , she was incredibly helpful, providing advice about the house presentation and price, we were always keept informed when offers came in and feedback from potential buyers, and when the Land registry threw up all manner of things as a direct result of the what seemed like the buyers inexperienced solicitor, which delayed a simple sale into a six month tortuous and costly process , she kept both parties fully informed ,when there were times when we would have happily found another buyer Rosemary helped navigate us to a successful completion, she has the patience of a saint and I would without doubt recommend both Strakers, and Rosemary.

One sad fact of selling my rental property is that I will not be dealing with Strakers on a regular basis from now on. From the rental side, Dee, Graham and the team were excellent at every point of contact. When it came to selling the property, Matt, Eleanor, Cody and the team were all over it from day one until completion. Strakers provide a fully joined up, solutions led service that is effortless from a client's perspective. I cannot recommend or thank Strakers enough. Thank you Strakers!

Fantastic service. Asked 3 local estate agents to value property initially. Matt from Strakers was obvious choice immediately. Friendly but professional. Knows his stuff & straight talking. Throughout the sale any problems were dealt with quickly & calmly. George from the progression team was brilliant. Everyone liaised & did everything in their power to make it as easy as possible. I have bought & sold several houses over the years & never had such fantastic service.
