Hunter French and the team in Corsham, Wiltshire have been absolutely outstanding. Everyone has been very helpful, but I have to single out Simon Chun. He is a class 'act'.
Before putting my house on the market I had been looking on Rightmove to see a) Who the key agents were and b) who had houses up for sale in my area,(Holt). Importantly, I also tracked from the time that a house was first put on Rightmove, to the time which of those agents had houses under offer.
There was only one agent that was way ahead of all others - Hunter French. I asked three agents to present / persuade me why I should choose them. Simon came to the house, he had done his homework, talked about other houses he had sold in the Holt and surrounding areas, provided evidence, talked about the suggested sales strategy for my house in my area, and spoke with passion and from the heart. It was a no brainer to choose Hunter French.
Simon, and the team were there every step of the way and kept me regularly informed. It was an incredibly smooth, pleasant and reassuring process.
Message to Simon's boss - If it is not the case, already, Simon needs to be given shares in Hunter French Corsham. You need to hang on to your most valuable asset. A bit like Alexander Isak at Newcastle, you never want him to leave. One other suggestion - on Rightmove you need to ensure that the Hunter French logo is visible and doesn't seem like an illegible black blob!
Some key words to describe Hunter French Corsham. Honest, Reliable, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Passionate, Welcoming.
