Really good. Dropped in with my daughter for her first session at a gym, staff were really friendly, all the equipment we needed, and good atmosphere. Cheers! Will definitely be back ?

I joined a little over a week ago and was really pleased at the friendliness of the welcome and immediate assistance at getting associated with the equipment. There is a great range of facilities, including a pool and even classes included in the membership, although I have yet to try them.
