it?s really hit & miss but tonight was just horrible, cold, hardly any topping, dry base.
It?s not difficult to make so get it together!

It's the only Domino's I've found to be really tight on the cheese topping...
Other than that, it's like every other Domino's.
Never had an issue with service, speed or prices...

Should be zero stars or maybe minus ones. We ordered food to collect - when got it home, it was wrong - pepperoni sent in the cheese twisted dough balls - no apology and manager offered refund and had no interest in listening to what I was saying and was extremely rude and patronising. As a vegetarian being served meat, it?s totally and wholly wrong and unacceptable. A replacement could have been delivered but it would take 40 mins and obvious rest of food would be cold by then. Ruined the evening.
Vegetarian options: It might be labelled vegetarian but that?s not the food you get delivered

I ordered a double decadence pizza. It came without any cheesy filling at all. Just two slices of dry base. I sent photos to the customer care team with a complaint. I was told the complaint was sent to the local store and I?d hear back from them. Two weeks later I hadn?t heard anything so followed up. Was merely told it was with the local store. Followed up a third time with the customer care team but no reply. It?s now almost a month later and I?ve followed up with the customer care team a fourth time and no response.

I spent £45 on 2 pizzas and 2 sides, 1 pizza of which wasn?t cooked properly nor was the chicken which looked like it was fresh out the freezer, the ?franks wings? had no franks sauce on them? it gets worse? when I called the shop to try rectify it I told the lady on the phone what the problem was and she replied ?ok? couldn?t offer me a refund because ?she had cooked it herself and it was fine? one of the chicken strips was in half and had a visible bite taken whether someone got hungry or that?s just how it went in the fryer I?ll never know but rest assured I ate none of my food and wasn?t even offered a refund. Very much has gone downhill, what a shame

Shocking beyond belief. Ordered a double decedance pizza and there was a smidgen of cheese in the middle, lifted 5 slices and eventually found it, the garlic bread was more bread than topping. Went back in and was not even offered it to be remade just "ok have a refund" absolutely rude. Asked for a manager's email or area manager to be told "I'm the assistant manager there's nobody else, go online if you want to complain" Absolutely disgusting.
