I feel like this review needs to be left my doc (doc Brown) is the kindest caring person u could ever wish to have and I and by far am not the easiest patient he could have but he has treated me well and goes above and beyond what he needs to do.Even doctors have real-life problems, yet he does not let this infect what he does.Well done and fair play

Fantastic surgery from the receptionist to the Gp?s and nurses. I moved from Devon a year ago and the surgery there was rushed and not person centred. Box staff have patience and the GP?s take time with consultations. They make you feel like you matter . Best surgery, receptionists, GP?s and nurses around. Thank you all for all you do.

Was treated with complete disregard by Doctor Ashley. Received a call back after a concerning injury, only to be told I couldn't have have an x-ray as I hadn't fainted or felt dizzy. When I explained I had been feeling dizzy he suggested I go to A&E, going against what he'd said 30 seconds ago just to be awkward.Was made to feel like I was trying to gain something out of reporting an injury.
