Stopped there today on the off chance to get some food as Granddaughter was hungry. Place was very pleasant, staff went out of there way to accommodate my Granddaughter's food requirements which was served really quickly. Well priced and very good quality food and servings. Would definitely visit again.

Was driving back home on the M4 when I looked up pubs in the area, this pub was very close to junction 15 on the M4
The pub was very nice and had a nice atmosphere as we entered the pub, although it was busy the young lady found us a nice table inside as per our request.
The food was fantastic, we had the beer battered fish and chips with the added curry sauce
Which is delicious and very enjoyable
And we had the steak and chips which which was also very nice.
Great service by the team and although it was very busy on a sunny bank holiday, we really appreciate the effort the team to ensure we had a great experience.
Unfortunately I didn?t take any photos. But next time we are in the area, we will pop in.

The Plough on the Hill is truly a gem, and not just because it's so close to home. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps you up with its warmth and charm. The service is second to none, always attentive, friendly, and making you feel right at home. If there's one thing that stands out, it's how they really make you feel like it's worth every moment to be there!
When it comes to the food, oh my goodness, what a delight. We started with a salmon fish pie that was simply delicious: the perfect blend of flavors, with the salmon cooked to perfection and a creamy layer that made it irresistible. If that wasn't enough, my husband had the Ale braised pressed beef brisket, which, was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every bite of that meat was so flavorful, it almost made you forget everything else.
For dessert, we wrapped up with a cheesecake that was heavenly. Do not miss it if you get the chance! And of course, my hubby had the bread and butter pudding, which was the perfect touch to end our meal.
The decor of the place, though I can't describe every detail, was simply beautiful. It felt like a place where time slows down, perfect for enjoying a peaceful meal in a well-cared-for, cozy setting. Everything was in place, without being overdone, creating the ideal atmosphere for a top-tier meal.
The Plough on the Hill is a first-class place, both for the quality of the food and the impeccable service. I would recommend it without hesitation and look forward to returning!

Just has a lovely roast with the family. Food was tasty and well presented. Pleased to have so many Gluten free choices. Defo recommend!!

Lovely meal, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Have visited numerous times and am never disappointed. Menu updates regularly, good choice of non alcoholic drinks if you are driving and daily specials. Well worth a visit
