Abserloutly love this place to have anything done for my car. Staff are always so lovely and willing to explain anything so I understand. Trust them completely with my car. Theyve never ripped me off like other places have. Always recommending this place to people, can't find another place like it! Highly recommend!!

wiltshite tyres really came to the rescue today! after RAC kept changing the time of coming out to replace a burst tyre within an hour and half wiltshire tyres were on site and replaced the tyre within 10 minutes! whilst RAC no one to get us by the time wiltshire tyres got there after 3 1/2 hours

Highly Not recommended. Poor service. They charge you top price for poor quality. Had call that car ready to collect and next day morning they said i have to wait because is not fixed. Waiting 1h15min. .

Just been in and seen Paul who was amazing . I had an issue with my daughter?s exhaust on car from a previous mechanic from another garage and he took car off downstairs and brought it back up fixed . I?m so grateful and rate this garage and Paul . Thank you . Tracy

Dreadful management with an appalling attitude, if you book here be aware you?re expected to pay hundreds and hundreds over the price stated if they themselves order the wrong part to fix the issue you pay them to do and be ignored. One member of staff apparently helpful, management - steer clear!

Good prices and fitting service however they need to arrive to a job with the correct information and having received a proper brief or handover from the office. Surely there?s a work order with details on each client? Everything had been discussed over the phone when purchasing so why wasn?t it passed on to the mobile fitters? It?s been more than once that the technician had no idea what was the job to do.

Used to be good but gone down hill? booked in to get tyres replaced between 9-1, got a call and told them I had to be gone by four, so then they changed my booking to 1-4, and then they called at 4 to say they were on the way, but I had to leave then so never got my tyres done.I messaged the booking email address but no one was bothered enough to respond eitherWouldn?t recommend and wouldn?t use them again.Booked in with another company who actually turned up on time to do the job

Popped in on the off chance of the mechanics being able to check over my car as the steering suddenly became really juddery. They very quickly diagnosed that I needed 4 new tyres (which I thought I did anyway), and offered to fit me new ones there and then. I also needed front wheel alignment.One of the mechanics drove to melksham there and then from Chippenham to get the 4th tyre as they only had 3 in stock. Very quick service and very happy with the results. My steering is now perfect. Much quicker than the other 2 garages that I visited locally to me that ummed and arred about the possible issues it could?ve been. Definitely recommend Wiltshire tyres.

Paul did a great job or organising a replacement exhaust for my 2016 Vauxhall Zafira after I discovered they were unavailable on the open market. Although quite expensive it worked out cheaper to replace the whole system with a custom stainless steel Powerflow exhaust than just the rear section which Vauxhall had quoted for but couldn?t guarantee when it would become available. I would recommend a Powerflow system and Wiltshire Tyres to supply and fit. Thanks guys.

I ordered 4 tyres plus 4 wheel alignment from Black Circle as their pricing has always been extremely competitive. I selected Wiltshire Tyres, a Black Circle Premier Garage. All 4 tyres, etc. were fitted on the 28th December 2023. Pleased with the customer service. However, on the 3rd January 2024 I noticed the O/S/F tyre had lost significant pressure. I immediately contacted Wiltshire Tyre and arranged to take the car back to them on that day to investigate. I waited and they couldn't find anything significant although the fitter said they had applied more beading. Paul at front of house said there wouldn't be any charge!!! When I got home I found the dust cap was missing so returned to the garage to have one fitted - I saw them took off another customers car. Would I use Wiltshire Tyre again, I am not sure.

Wouldn?t recommend for mot or service, took all day to do the work even though I had a 9AM booking. Didn?t do service before mot, missed off basic bulb replacements that were advisories. Was told they?d completed the work only to find they?d still not replaced a bulb which then took an hour for them to fix and I had to wait around for. They might be good for tyres but don?t bother for anything else.
