Staff are rude and incompetent. While looking at paint I was practically knocked over by a member of staff to busy chatting to her colleague to even see me. No apology, no excuse me just a glare and a grunt from them.
Smaller wicks with limited range.

Orders never seem to arrive on the day they are booked to be delivered on, with no communication otherwise. I?m 20 mins from the Chippenham store and my order, that was supposed to be delivered today before 7pm, and which I need for tomorrow is currently in Banbury?.
