TP have a good range of building materials but it seemed they were not interested in helping a member of the public. There is a massive untapped source of revenue available if they became more approachable and friendly to the big DIY'er.Compare prices with other merchants and DIY stores, but you may find a good deal here. I don't often leave reviews but felt I had to acknowledge the first class service I received from Allan Marshall at the Chippenham branch. Good customer service seems hard to find at the moment but Allan went above and beyond to help us get the right materials for us to build our patio.
