Google says phone line and we chat is open 7 days but phone or chat on weekend and they are closed. It also seems like order to collect next day is actually next weekday, not order Friday to collect Saturday. I would call the store to check but I can't.

I purchased the Hawksmoor 18v trimmer, Unable to comment on the product as not had the chance to use it, But will post upon its first use.I was due to go to chippenhm store to collect!! Friday 11th June, I have just had an appalling experience with Melksham branch, they totally wasted 30 min plus of my time. I asked for a product which 1st they said it was not in stock when the system showed it was, then they said it could be delivered on Monday not next day, then they said it could be delivered tomorrow, so I went ahead and asked to buy, then they could not take my money, I was very rudely asked if there was sufficient funds in my bank. I was then ignored buy the sales person so I went to another till, this person struggled with finding the product because the computer was slow, but we did get through the process only to be told I could not have next day (Saturday), a total waste of my time. Sorry you have lost a good customer who has spent £100's of ponds with you.
