Plenty of parking with the usual TK Max layout and items. I personally find it hard to find items I like, it's all a little jumbled. I know you can find a bargain but I'm getting a bit old to want to search..?

Rude employees. I went in today to return an item that was mixed up in an online order. I was told that they cannot refund it as it looks worn. I literally took it out of the bag, saw it was the wrong item and put it back for return. It was in the same condition it arrived in. The manager was rude and claiming that it was used and doesn't look new. I went to another store and was refunded immediately without being publicly embarrassed by the employee there.

My partner visited here a couple of months ago and was very rudely treated by a member of staff. When she went to the changing rooms she was tutted at and the clothes snatched out of her hands. She vowed never to return to that particular store again.

Great for designer bargains but you need time to rummage through all rails of clothing. The bags and jewellery are good too. There's plenty of free parking.
