Wish I would have read the reviews! Took a 3 piece suit for dry cleaning, available for collection on time which was great, however it was not cleaned, the addition of glitter sprinkles was an unwanted surprise and the poor attempt at pressing the trousers have resulted in a rather wide crease instead of the sharpness required.
A recommendation of avoidance for all dry cleaning at this site is a must.

Shockingly awful customer service.
Arrived well within business hours to use the key cutting service. Met with a huff and a look at the clock. Cut the key and then I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to get their card machine to work - which it never did. This was their error and yet they didn?t apologise for keeping me waiting or the inconvenience.
No key for me then.
Will not use ever again.

Terrible. Dry cleaning I took to them at the beginning of June has disappeared. Two mens suits now gone. I am attempting to engage with their complaints/claim procedure. That too seems to have fallen into a black hole. Awful. Don't go there if you want your property properly looked after.

They cut me a key which would not work and refused to refund me as it?s company policy not to refund unless you have a receipt. This is despite ?Timpson? being embossed on the useless key.

Super friendly staff but only use them for certain things.Never had any luck with their key cutting service. I have been back twice for one set of keys and they still don't work! I live in one of the surrounding villages so have to make a special trip and it is very frustrating!They are great for shoe repairs though.

Visited today to get a couple of keys cut and mentioned an issue with my watch. Friendly guy fixed it there and then, for free! Now I know what time it is again. Thanks for your help, very good service

Came here to get a spare set of keys cut before I went travelling. On my return, I tried to use the keys and ended up locked out of my property.Ended up paying to call a locksmith out of hours. He said he has had multiple calls out for keys cut at Timpsons because they do not work.For a key cutting specialist, this is unacceptable
