I've had a three contract for several years and I've visited this shop twice in that time. The first time was to setup a contract with a new phone and the guy who served me was excellent, taking me through the whole process, to me walking out of the door with a new phone and contract.My recent visit was equally as impressive, we went through their new contract offerings and a Google Pixel 7 Pro, I was turned down on a new contract with the new SIM plan offerings, but the staff assured me that as I'd had a phone on contract with them before, they could complete an upgrade on my current contract, that wouldn't require a credit check! So I have my new Pixel Pro and a two year contract at a lower cost than the new SIM plan offerings ?The staff were very patient and happy to spend the time to go through everything (I was there for over an hour), 5* they truly deserve, thank you!

Horrible customer service, Three has been unfairly charging me for 8 months for the add-ons I've purchased once and never agreed for the rolling charge, ending up owning me £180 for the data I've never used and refused to refund. Very disappointing, absolutely dishonourable company
