The team in this branch are absolutely fabulous. I was kindly helped today by a young lady and gentleman to sort out some balloons and a banner for my husbands birthday and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was with my little one and couldnt figure out how to get the rain cover on my new pushchair properly and the gentleman behind the till was so kind to help me get it sorted as it was pouring. The lady was so good as to grab the balloons and banner to show me because I had the push chair and didnt make me feel like an awkward customer or anything! They were so helpful and lovely it really put the sunshine back into a really miserable rainy day!

If you?re used to going in to branches of the works, you are probably used to a much larger shop with a bigger range.
Whilst this hosts most of the essentials, it is a smaller shop than usual so you will notice there is a smaller range.
I was looking for a non-fiction section, but couldn?t find one .

Just left this store, terrible customer service! Cashier wasn't paying attention, too busy talking to the other cashier, slowing down service, and then didn't even finish serving me before going on her phone! She didn't pass me my items after I had paid. Made me lean over the counter, and the items in front of the counter, didn't even get off her phone when she saw me struggling and dropping things! Absolutely appalling behaviour.

Rather run down and overcrowded. Do not bring wheelchair or pushchairs in. Feel they need a bigger premises.Staff are fine and friendly ish. I do try to stay away from this shop.

This shop is good but very crammed with stuff and people.The staff unfortunately are very rude and they are not Autistic friendly to customers with Autism. also the staff spend most of there time on there mobile phones when there ment to be working I seen them on them multiple times now.This is a bad poorly run place by the mangerUnfortunately this place is not Autistic friendly and has been tested by Ben
