I couldn?t recommend Whitehorse Opticians enough. My glasses broke this morning and within an hour and a half of going in to see if they had an appointment I?ve got my new glasses with a new prescription. Luckily they had the lenses and frames in stock. Excellent customer service. All 3 members of staff that I spoke to were amazing and couldn?t do enough to help.

I would 100% recommend The White Horse Optical Practice. My Ray Ban?s were damaged, I went to several Opticians who couldn?t help. Popped into The White Horse, the lovely ladies were extremely helpful. Explained what she could do and asked to pop back in 10 minutes to pick up. When I returned the glasses were as good as new. So so happy - thank you very very much. I will use in the future for all my glasses needs. Will also recommend to family and friends - Service like this is very hard to come by these days. Thank you again ?

It has been interesting reading the other reviewers views on this business. I have had both good and bad service from this opticians. On a couple of occasions they have really been very helpful, but not too long ago I had a problem with the glasses they had supplied and they become very unhelpful and, I felt, fobbed me off. It really put me off them and left me rather feeling like they are very good if things are going well, but really not very good at all if they are not going well. Sorry guys you only get 2 stars from me as well as having lost my business to another opticians.

I've been visiting this practice for years and I'm always impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the staff. They have a good selection of stock, with what I consider to be the best range of 'high end' and designer frames in Swindon, and are always very accommodating and patient with my questions and requests! I always feel like I'm being given the best advice for me as an individual, rather than being fobbed off or encouraged to spend money unnecessarily. I 'd definitely recommend this indepedent opticians over any of the bigger chains.

Went to look for sunglasses for a skiing trip, woman in there couldn't have been less interested, I went somewhere else to spend my money

Sadly had a very poor experience with this business. It took three attempts to still not get the prescription right. At one point I was accused of giving misinformation on my eye test, on a further occasion I was texted to tell me my spectacles were ready and when I arrived I was told that they had not contacted me and the glasses were in fact not ready. Sorry, but really a very unhappy experience and I now go elsewhere
