This is a proper pub - good service, great atmosphere and excellent beer (even more so since Broadtown Brewery took over). This is not a gastropub or a Wetherspoons - if you want one of these, walk on by. If you want a proper boozer with some amazing history and the best beer in town, look no further than The Three Crowns.
