The food was delicious but we waited an hour and a half after ordering our mains for them to arrive which is ridiculous and we were starving! The restaurant was empty aswell so they could?ve definitely prioritised our food.

We went as a family, two adults one 8yr old and one 19month old and ot was lovley. Food was absolutely delicious and service brilliant too. The staff where great woth the children. We will definitely be returning!

I don?t say this lightly: The Fortune served one of the best meals I?ve ever had. The beef was absolutely outstanding ? tender, rich, and full of flavour. Every bite felt like something special, with the textures and seasoning working together beautifully.
The Hong Kong-style sweet and sour chicken was another standout, perfectly balanced and paired with rice that was spot on. You can really tell there?s care and skill behind every dish.
Service was just as impressive ? the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the timing between courses was ideal. It gave the meal a relaxed, thoughtful pace that made the whole evening even more enjoyable.
This place isn?t just good ? it?s exceptional. If you?re in Chippenham and haven?t been to The Fortune, you?re seriously missing out.

Turned up early evening on a Sunday. Spoiled for choice in choosing a table! Very attentive staff and friendly.
The food came swiftly. It was piping hot and very tasty. Lots of people coming to collect takeaways as well.

Beautiful restaurant, food is great. Staff are very kind they make you feel very welcome. The food is 10/10 always great. Been here many times and is always my favourite place to eat.

Portions have gotten smaller and the food has a lot less flavour. The yeung chow fried rice just tasted bland and the salt and pepper chicken wings were tiny and had very little flavour. The chicken dumplings were just basic gyoza type dumplings that i have in the freezer. We noticed similar issues to this last time, but we thought we'd give it another go. Unfortunately we'll probably not be ordering again. Delivery was very quick though.
