Have been using the shop for years. Extremely frustrated with reduction in stock lines. Latest to be removed is Nescafe Cappuccino sachets, which is a must for my wife.
Will lose regular trade from us now.
Staff are very helpful though, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Don't get me wrong I've shopped here for a few years and there's one woman that is behind the till that works on the night shift and I've been very polite and asking her for products and she is very rude to me slams down the items in front of me and snacthes the money out of my hand. Very rude and not very polite at all. I find it awkward at times to face her as she has made comments about me when I leave. Not a nice woman at all and extremely very rude she smirks and makes comments. Felt very uncomfortable. I certainly won't be going here again.

The best part of going here is the personal yet professional touch the staff have. They seem to be able to adapt to all the different people who come in. Tesco express is not the cheapest place to shop but I go there because the staff always make me feel welcome. ? To them all.
