absolutely shocked at how poor the food is from here, constantly messing up my orders and this time they managed to mess up all 3 sandwiches!! i mean how hard is it to make a bloody sandwich while being paid £11+ an hour for it and having paid £17 for one meal?!?! ?

Won't give extra dip or tap water without charging £1.60 for a cup. It's a disgrace - what happened to customer service? just penny pinching at every possible turn, puts a sour taste in your mouth

I came in subway couple days ago , was trying to order a BLT when the worker was doing my order they started to fall asleep, bless them, I didn't know what to do , so I tried to call customer assistance and got no answer

Never known something so stupid of delivering your sub on an electric scooter. Took ages to arrive arrived cold no surprise there. But the best bit there was a hole in the bag so half the order fell out on route. He was holding the bags in his hands a back pack would of been a better idea. Still waiting for my order to arrive and the shop shuts in ten minutes so doubt I will ever get it. Not impressed. Now not answering the phone

I know Subway has a bad name and their bread is full of sugar but I'm addicted to this one in Chippenham. Footlong Honey Oat Garlic Steak subs. No tomatoes (they're watery) and extra jalapenos. I love all the salad added to it. Not a huge fan of the cookies but the rainbow ones are good. The Chicken Teriyaki Legende (or whatever it's called) is delicious too. I'm guessing corporate stole the naming convention from Starbucks.Amelia always brightens my day up whenever I go in. She's cheerful, efficient and generous. I hope she moves onto bigger and brighter opportunities as a manager elsewhere soon.The tuna sub was lacklustre and uninspired.
